Seagulls of prey

In glass houses we live

hidden between

windows resonating with bright lights

straight to our proud hearts

with seagulls screaming subordinately

to crows, yet keeping order among

pigeons

shamelessly shitting on our skulls

with the endless sea in our thoughts

stunned, stoned, submerged

in a distant state

with stepping on the roof

whilst disregarding everything that’s grounded

because everything is liquid here

from plants and mud to human feelings

fluctuating like the ebb and flow

every time

sometimes every few hours

drawing us into this movement of nature

she knows, we don’t, so we act like fools

trying to understand the current

but without our own we must accept its flow
