My mind just runs away sometimes

It's almost hard to catch in a blink of an eye

No use racing

And no use chasing

I get inside myself when the space is vacant.

I know some hate this

But man let's face it

Mental health on the daily you can never just place it

Right on schedule

The changes inevitable

Some days are miserable

Some days of incredible

Roller coaster rides single passenger seating

You're the only person in line week days and the weekends

No fast pass needed universal and Disney

Unlimited rides no operator to turn keys

Fasten your seatbelts make sure you are locked in

Hills twists and turns forever changing excitement

have you looping and looping corkscrewing when moving

Like a type of clarity you're looped in

mind just runs away sometimes

sad poetry
