There is a playlist on my phone I have played a hundred times;
if it were a CD, I would have surely worn it out by now.
But every time I push play, every feeling from the first time replays,
and I know I'll never tire of the repeating melodies.

I hope I love you is like that for you;
your heart flutters and the butterflies dance every time.
May it be the song you want to hear over and over,
and may the feelings never die, but only grow.

Even though this is a simple line, I feel like its the best one because it comes at just the right time in the poem to tie into the metaphor of playing a song over and over again "I hope I love you is like that for you;"
Oh I love this Alexandria!! Such great imagery in the first stanza as a foundation for the earnest sentiment the second! Very honored that you entered it in the challenge!!
