Never forget the day the towers fell. Never forget the day when a clear blue sky turned into hell.

Never forget the day a kamikaze plot of horror was broadcasted live as the world watched in horror.

Never forget when the whole world stared down the face of fear who left us bloodied, broken and in tears for our peers.

Never forget the day when thousands of lives were lost and all the heroes who sacrificed their lives to pay the cost.

Never forget to not be the one who lost track of how the enemy was thrown off track by the flight who fought back.

Never forget how on this day of danger bonds were built by the selfless care of strangers.

Never forget how the world felt the same pain together and then everybody came together.

Never forget how we went from being many small communities to standing as one in unity.

Never forget to be the one who always remembers this defining day in September.

~~Dedicated to everyone impacted by September 11th 2001.
