Narcissistic love story

In every direction that my mind can think

I have thought it all over

What I loved was never real,

It came from a place that did not feel

it was filled with lies

Pretending to be something that you are not…it’s fake

Your words do not match your actions

Your actions do not match your words

You obsess and repress twisting it all to bend to your whim

But I don’t bend

And I do not pretend

I’m as real as you can imagine

But your mind goes to places that are not real

Filling your thoughts with anything you can feel

If it doesn’t matter to you, you believe it doesn’t matter

So selfishly self absorb that kind of thinking, beaconing for trouble

You have destroyed things without repair proving only how little you care

You want and want and want but nothing is ever even good enough

You take away and do not give

I came here because I wanted to live , but with you what living can be done

You have put me down,

defaced me

Embraced me

And torn me apart all over again

It goes on inside you without end

So many days have gone by this way

So many words you don’t let me say

It no longer matters to me what you understand …. Or don’t

There’s never been a point, just you raging in your sleepwalk though life

You see what you want to see

I can only see the truth
