My Wildest Dreams

I’d fight for the trees, and you’d fight for me.

In my wildest dreams

It’s you and me

Protesting the man

Making a scene

Hugging trees

Holding hands

Saving bees

Making a stand

Loving you beneath the trees

Makes me shake

makes me weak

I feel once again

in-sig-nif-I-cant

It’s a beautiful thing...

...To be with you again

Then the willow cries

And the birch tips it’s cap

The evergreen sighs

And that is that

In another life

In my wildest dreams

I’d fight for the trees

And you’d fight for me
