Merry Christmas to the one I never thought I'd meet
Oh how we fell in love in the Bangkok heat
You looked so radiant and offered me a seat
I was so nervous I couldn't stop my shaking feet
You loved taking silly photos of me
A side of me very few get to see
I was never the object of someone's photos, but how i wished to be
With you there was no hidden fee
Those disco lights made for magical nights
Through those crowded streets we would fight
My heart stopped being full of fright
I finally felt like a knight
We sang our favorite songs all night long
Loving you could never feel wrong
I was on top of the world, ever so strong
One day time would bring us further along
This winter warmed my cold heart
Watching you allowed me to create this art
But I started my race with a false start
It was enough watching you get to play your part
