My Therapy

Not as traditional as you'd think

By Rene PetersPublished about a year ago 1 min read

I haven't let many people see

This dark and violent side of me

The side where shooting calms me down

And relieves the feeling of being drowned

All it takes is some imagination

And it helped relieve the mental altercations

This was my final therapy session, with a pistol and revolver. The pistol holes are the smaller ones and the revolver are bigger.

Girl I am scared of you. You are a sharp shooter for sure. Thanks for sharing your journey. 💞I love how you put your energy in a safe sports venue. I think that’s why some people go into hunting , Army or police force

  • Whoaaaa, that must have felt soooo therapeutic! I've never tried it but that's how I imagine it would feel.
