I haven't let many people see
This dark and violent side of me
The side where shooting calms me down
And relieves the feeling of being drowned
All it takes is some imagination
And it helped relieve the mental altercations

well done
Girl I am scared of you. You are a sharp shooter for sure. Thanks for sharing your journey. 💞I love how you put your energy in a safe sports venue. I think that’s why some people go into hunting , Army or police force
Whoaaaa, that must have felt soooo therapeutic! I've never tried it but that's how I imagine it would feel.
interesting therapy-does the loud noise not bother you?
