Drowning

No one can help me

I'm drowning in my thoughts.

They're saying I should end it all.

It's too hard to fight.

I have no reason to battle them

When I struggle day after day,

Why try to change

When I can just disappear?

No one would know if I did.

Why drown mentally

When doing it is possible?

Sorry you feel like you are drowning. I though you were ok, when I last chat with you. Even when we are not chatting you are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that feeling. That’s when I pause and wait for that feeling to subside. I learn to be patience with myself with overwhelming feelings. What’s in your self care tool box when you get this way before?

  • We would knwo if you disappeared and we would miss you. We are here for you. Sad but powerful words
