Watching my choice
Watching me make them
Protecting me nonetheless
Sometimes I strayed
Confused looking for the wrong thing
But I always knew where to look
You never stopped being over me
Growing in the dark
Night blooming jasmine
Beyond the norm
Beyond time You are
Beyond the view of it all
A constant lover
A feeling
Knowing
It washing over my soul
Constantly calling my name
Remembering me
When I have forgotten You
You have never left me
My head tilted back
Soaking in Your truth
I thank You
You smile at me
My soul is warm
You awaken my dying spirit
Keeping it lit
I’ll always make it through the night
Knowing You are over me
Your voice humming through the atmosphere
Vibrating my answer
Hold in me in your rays
Never let me go
Each moment
