My life is a rainbow

I was young walking to the shop my head in the clouds my daydreams seemed real my thoughts were innocent my thoughts were pure my thoughts were white.

Something changed I was offered lollies for darkness my innocence taken the colour turned grey.

Now a teenager I felt happy my first job gave me a sense of self, a feeling of freemdom life was yellow.

17 is my number when I was growing up I was finding my way I was enjoying life I was content, I found love the colour red never felt so beautiful it embraced me like a soft warm hug.

My world turned black it was cancer my mother was gone forever I was heartbroken nothing could fill the void I felt without her in my life there was darkness.

Married my first love, our daughter arrived my heart swelled up I couldn’t believe it she had the most beautiful big green eyes. I didn’t know at the time her nursery was painted green a pram gifted to her was green. As if it was fated her favourite colour is green.

Started to find my creative spark I could sense orange it was fun it was exciting so much research so much study so much to learn.

My family was complete 3 beautiful babies they brought so much joy to my life. A husband I adored I was in love with love again my world was pink.

I looked to the heavens the sky was blue no cloud in sight, it was warm my spiritual awareness awakened, I embraced its warmth it beauty it’s all knowing energy I felt alive again!

My relationships tested around me my hue was brown couldn’t get out of bed, couldn’t look in the mirror, I questioned myself I questioned my life I was low my energy was low I was down.

My intuition has always guided me I’ve always trusted it throughout my life I’ve connected to my higher self, and choose to live life with love and peace, the colour is purple this colour connects me to a higher purpose.

Finally found my way through the colours. I have felt and experienced every colour of the rainbow. I’ve processed every emotion now I’m content again. I’m at peace the rainbow is full. I am grateful. I am love. I am strength. I am empathy. I am all encompassing. I am colour. I am Love. Life is a rainbow embrace you inner rainbow it will set you free.
