Eyes close like doors to the world, Darkness.

Flickering light of my breath, moves me.

The beating drum of my soul, feel me.

The life in my veins, connects me.

I’m quiet, I listen.

My red root breathes life, I’m grounded.

My sacral glows orange, I’m pleasure.

My plexus shines yellow, I’m strong.

My heart grows green, I feel you.

My throat speaks blue, I’m honest.

My eye sees purple, I’m intuitive.

My head thinks pink, I’m spiritual.

I am my rainbow, inside me.

Her colours shown as emotions, I feel it. Energy of the warm light, happy. Hiding from the storm, sadness.

She heals my body, I’m breathing. I open my eyes, I’m seeing.
