My healing color taste sweet
soft and fluffy like cotton candy
chewy like soft bubble gum that never loses it's flavor
My healing color sometimes taste like tears
Tears that have been held back for centuries
tired of being pushed back within, they burst and rush out
My healing color even sounds pretty and comforting
practically begging for a friend
she makes me smile and clutch my hands under my chin
She Is Beautiful
She helps me when I feel sad, hurt, even angry
When I'm alone and afraid
She's always there for me
If I look at her long enough
all my troubles seem to melt away
Every worry disappears and I no longer feel afraid
I can now bravely fight the demons that are after me,
after my sanity, my peace, my joy
my happy
Trying to trap me in a world of misery and pain
hatred and bitterness
but No
She won't let them have me
She won't let them take my hope
my light at the end of the tunnel that lets me know there's a way out
there's a better tomorrow
there's end to my sorrow
At least that's what she tells me
That's what I feel when she holds my hand
When she hugs my body oh so softly
I feel it deep within me
I thank her and she releases me
I scream for her to come back
"Can you hear me"?
Needing you
Needing to feel you
Needing to see you
My healing color is effortlessly beautiful
breath-takingly beautiful
Almost too good to be true
but I've seen her with my own eyes
I've touched her with my own hands
I've felt her within my entire soul
and she holds precious space within my memories
She has danced with me
laid with me
wiped my cheeks oh so gently
she soothes me
eases my mind and sets my soul free
So I splatter her every where I can
I decorate my house with her
I make sure she knows she'll never be forgotten
She'll never feel unappreciated
turquoise chair here
turquoise stand there
turquoise butterfly in this room
turquoise rug in that room
My healing color comforts me
helps me to remember to keep going
keep smiling
keep living
My healing color is beautiful
