A Valentine a brand New Year

A little girl I hold so dear

Usually for lovers

I started my own tradition

A special heart of candy given

In my own rendition

For you my princess

My little Rosebud

To you sweet little one

I am sending my pure sweet love

Holiday

I love this. It sounds like your Granddaughter is a very lucky girl to have a Grandma like you.
