My Forever Traveling Friend

The closest friend an arctic fox can have on the open frozen tundra

Oh how I adore you my ever abundant friend,

Your here and there; see how you rend.

Always on the move you bring me little gifts,

That flow through my senses wherever my head lifts.

You never leave my side and guide me to the perfect place,

Where I can lounge around before stuffing my face.

Never do you scoff at whatever I do,

I'm but a shoulder to help you on through.

Though you can be cold and bite at a random time,

I know your just following the currents you forever climb.

So don't fret over me for I'll follow you anywhere,

You'll forever be my friend; the cold winter air.
