My Eclipse

My prison of the eclipse

My Eclipse
Photo by Zoltan Tasi on Unsplash

Embodying the darkness of my life

Clinging to any hope left in this prison

Lingering thoughts slowly drive the madness deeper

Igniting everything around me just for a moment

Pressuring me to escape, to fight back

Secretly drowning to the insanity

Everything quiets down and the sun returns

Acrostic

Brilliant description of the ebb and flow of reaction here in this wee little universe of worlds...
