My dogs addicted to sour lemons

One weird young pup

My dogs addicted to sour lemons

A curious sniff, a cautious lick,

A moment later—oh, too quick!

The taste is sharp, the sting is real,

A shudder runs from nose to heel.

The lemon laughs, so bold, so bright,

The dog now knows—this isn’t right!

A scrunched-up face, a tongue out wide,

Regret and shock he cannot hide.

Next time he’ll think before he tries,

No more tricks from citrus lies.

For bitter bites and sour days,

A wiser pup will change his ways!

How cute. My dog loves lettuce as long as it some kind of dressing on it. Good job.
