My Deceit

~

Darkened wind of my shadowy night

Rush to my side

So that I may hide

These words of my deceit

~

Tell the years to hearken their pace

Uncover the shadows of my face

And bury this case

In the very place of my deceit

~

And hold it there

So that no one may find

The place of my life

Where my deceit forever sleeps

~

Put it in a corner and the years will bury it behind their smiles. For whatever problems a person may have, if they lay it aside and calm down, they’ll begin to be alright. You can set the problem away, and as the years pass the problem will have dusted over and faded from memory. Sometimes the dust makes the problem fade away until it is completely gone, and other times the dust is brushed away and brought back into the light.

This seems to be a poem on how to see our issues and problems and how drastic or worthless those are and were. Good job.
