Redemption

~

I sit here and cry my eyes out

Until there’s nothing else to cry about

There’s no where

Where I can run

To get away from all this pain

~

I break down

Wash off the blood on my hands

Send the dove into darkness

Call me out

Bring me back out

Of dreams now nightmares

Redeemer

Where have you been

~

Redeemer

Savior of my skin

Redeemer

Lover of my sins

~

Call the child out of the dark

Make this darkness into light

Redeemer, come the Savior

Take away, this never ending Hell

I've been writing my whole life. Writing about realms to escape in, forbidden characters to fall in love with, and using writing as my muse and refuge. Recently, I've delved into the mind...mine and others. Happy Reading. Wishing you well.
