Motivate Others

With Your Words

By Ruth Elizabeth StiffPublished about a year ago 1 min read
"You can do it!"

“Remember

your words can plant gardens

or

burn whole forests down”

Words

have the Power to

Encourage and Build Up.

Or,

Discourage and tear down.

It is our Responsibility

to Control

‘what’

we say and

‘how’

we say those words.

We all know the old saying

that ‘sticks and stones may break our bones,

but words can never harm us’.

And whilst this is true Physically,

we have Learnt a lot more

about Mental Health

since that old saying came out.

We need to be Mindful

of ‘who’ we are talking to

and ‘what’ we say to them.

It is always a good idea

to think of the ‘mirror’

when we are talking to others.

Would “I” want to hear these words?

What effect

would ‘hearing these words’

have on me?

It really is a matter of

“Think before you Speak”!

The more we “Think” Positive words,

the more likely we are to

“Say” them.

And

Practicing Positive Mindfulness

and

Peaceful Meditation

will only ever Encourage

the right words

to come out of our

Minds and Mouths.

We Want to

Motivate Others

towards a more

Positive and Peaceful Life.

LIVE AND LOVE LIFE!
