Moths vs Butterflies

Both the same thing

One is just “beautiful, colorful and good luck”

The other dull, bland and bad luck

Both in different patterns, shapes , and sizes

Except one is just more happy, bright, colorful and favorited

The other is not favorited not bright not colorful and gets killed

If you see a butterfly in your home you try and save it as if it isn’t a moth.

You see a moth and want it out away and dead

Have you ever thought l, maybe the moth wants to live and be treated as if it’s a butterfly also?

You don’t ever see butterfly traps or anything to keep them away

I’m not saying this as if saying butterflies don’t have it hard, and find them annoying, but then again that person usually doesn’t like any insect.

I understand moths have some negative traits, but who doesn’t?

I bet the person reading this does, even i do

What is so bad about moths that make them not as accepted and loved like butterflies?

Every living organism deserves love and acceptance

She was the butterfly

I was the moth

Everyone thought she was perfect, beautiful and fit beauty standards

And I was just an outcast,dull, dark and annoying

What does she have that I don’t ?

We both have limbs, hair, eyes,a head , hands , we both breathe the same air

It took me a long time to realize I was just as beautiful as a butterfly

I may have my moth moments, but you have to BELIEVE you are a butterfly

You don’t need to fit beauty standards in order to be a butterfly

Or colorful because even butterflies come in different colors,shapes, and sizes

Never forget you are a butterfly 💜
