Moon Rose

One petal I let fly

to meet the sky

and tell each star

I love you like an amber wish

that held fate in a sparkle,

left,

came back to sip a cup of wonder,

went far,

stayed near

to my soul,

I keep your smiles

in every word,

I sing above the waves,

I know your hopes

dance

with moon grace.

Can you hold on

don't fly,

perch spirit

on moon shoulders,

let me go on,

stay by my side,

answer my song

fate of your own,

choose petals to carry your love,

find the one I let go

in colors of my love?

Step over threshold

catch the sun

before it settles with the dust,

before I hear wind sigh

in the leaves,

moon rose

to love your soul,

heart wish

to share your love.
