Daffodil Heart

In every twinkle, I see smiles,

for every daffodil that shines

a petal to forgive,

new hope,

one dream that ended

before time,

another road

beginning

of a dream,

in underwater clouds

prayer

for everlasting sun.

I wander close to ocean,

I dive into a lake

of stars,

I can still fly

in love,

apart,

I know your name,

I feel your heart,

in summer dreams

that came to dance,

a road dotted with fairies,

laughter

to shine your skies,

morning smile

that could never lie.

Your heart tells me the way,

your love holds me close

beyond doubts,

I carry moon hugs,

float

on endless waves,

I seek

what can't be seen with open eyes

close them for me

let's glimpse our love

shining,

so warm,

between the stars,

grass blades

of home.
