Money talks when voices can’t

Dirty money is a rich man’s game

Money talks when voices can’t

Money speaks where blood runs thin,

buys the lies, sells out the skin.

Silence falls, but cash won’t wait,

greasing locks on mercy’s gate.

It cuts the throat, it feeds the flame,

names the nameless, shifts the blame.

While broken mouths stay stitched and torn,

money laughs in courts of scorn.

It pays for silence, pays for pain,

turns the hungry into gain.

The poor stay crushed beneath its feet,

while tyrants dine and call it sweet.

No prayer breaks its iron hold,

no truth escapes the grip of gold.

When voices crack and justice sleeps,

money counts what silence keeps.
