a decadently soft and sweet sponge

lips taking bites and sultry kisses

rising fluid heat, lips and tongue

the deep pool of syrup and cream

tantalising tastebuds

mouthful monents

lying languidly

This is perfect and yum and ewww. Context, context.

  • Not sure if this was supposed to be naughty but it made me hungry, lol. Awesome poem! 🥐🍩

I am not opposed to the word, but I had to giggle when I read it in connection to the poem itself. I can't reconcile my personal connotation with the loveliness and sensuousness of your poem, so I will keep them disparate and praise you for a lovely, (can I say sexy?), clever, alliterative (well done, there!), piece. I know you like the word "moist" and you delivered. Bravo!!

  • One of the words you lifted up as beloved by some, despised by others. As I recall, you like it. (So do I. I was actually quite surprised the first time I heard someone say that they hated it.)

You went there. Bloody awfully brilliant. Made me naseous. In a kind of good way. Appreciate the brilliance but you describe *the word far too well 😁
