Revelry in Our Merry Ville

Come to the banquet,

One and all,

On this merry day,

We rejoice!

I say to all,

Let laughter and glee

Be the order of the day,

For the merriment has begun.

As the war once fought

Has finally come to an end,

All life in range

Must celebrate today.

The chant that's on every lip,

"The wars begun,

The wars ended,"

No more war in our merry Ville.

So is the story,

The old ones say,

Of the great city of ours,

Our merry Ville.
