Memories Of The First Frost
Tragedy came with the First Frost

Memories Of The First Frost
In the morning, where the first frost gleams,
A daughter stands fragile, lost in her dreams.
The world wrapped in silence, so lovely, yet cold,
Hides the pain of the story that’s to be told.
In A car crashed one evening, on a frosty night,
All laughter was shattered, taken out of sight.
The frost on the ground glistened crystal and bright,
But it holds the reflection of a terrible plight.
She remembers the sirens, the echo of dread,
When life changed forever, and hope seemed to shred.
The icy road, cold and frosty snow starts to bite,
Sadness deeper, in the accident on this sad night .
Each flake is a memory, each breath a regret,
Oh, how she wishes she could simply forget.
For in this soft beauty, the heartache runs deep,
And the sorrow of loss is a weight she must keep.
As the frost kisses earth with a delicate sigh,
She longs for the warmth of those who passed by.
Their laughter now echoes, just shadows and mist,
In the frost’s gentle light, she always will miss.
So she stands in the stillness, beneath the pale skies,
With tears that reflect all the love in her eyes.
Her mom and dad taken so fast in this weather,
Their car crashed that night, taking them forever.
Rest In Peace Dear Mom And Dad
