If one day, you no longer seek love but just love; you no longer crave success but just do it; you no longer pursue empty growth but just start to cultivate your temperament, then everything in your life will truly begin.

A good state of life has no utilitarian purpose, but simply living a good life, enjoying the process of love, enjoying life itself, and enjoying the happiness and satisfaction of concentrating on doing everything in your hands well.

When you start to become the master of time, you will feel the calm power gushing out of ordinary life, and those anxieties and uneasiness will naturally disappear.

When you truly start to love yourself, you will go to bed earlier and earlier and enjoy exercising more and more. You are no longer entangled and anxious, but become full of confidence, pursuing meaningful people and things, and burning your passion for them. You will find that life has just begun.

This makes a lot of sense. I've seen how chasing success blindly can lead to stress. When we focus on just doing things out of love and enjoyment, like I do with my work projects sometimes, it feels different. How can we start making these shifts in our daily lives? Also, loving ourselves more is key. I know I need to work on that. Going to bed earlier and exercising more sound like great steps. Have you noticed positive changes in your life since making these kinds of adjustments?
