You hide your pain through masks of strain,
constant bouts,
your thoughts uncaged,
dodging rounds of pent-up rage,
you let it lose
your entire worlds the one to change,
ridiculed for the difference,
subjective to the distance,
death before dishonor
but your honor was the witness,
tell me why does pain have to always be so selfless,
tell me why does pain have to change your state of wellness,
open up little by little let the earth tend your wounds,
until the pain is but belittled and you can finally start your life anew.
