sleepless hours,

shadows in appetite and thought.

recommended:

evaluation, monitoring,

support, safety, care.

symptoms: persistent,

but not absolute.

risk: high,

yet not without anchors.

response is possible.

small shifts gather.

progress accumulates like light

at the edge of curtains.

prognosis:

hope,

not prescribed,

but rising,

patient as morning.
