The lovely Atlantic

Blue as the ocean,

I stare into those big, glassy eyes;

And wonder what mysteries I have yet to know.

Wonder if there will ever come a time;

A time where I can let you go.

Never can I know;

Never know if I can let you go.

I don’t even want to try,

Because without you in my life,

I’d surely die.

You can break through my sadness;

And make me happy with just a touch;

And when you’re gone for even a day,

I miss you so, so much.

What will I ever do?

I love the smile that greets me;

So happy in every way;

I want that same smile someday;

To greet me;

Every minute of every day.

Never can I let you go;

Never I can,

I hope you know.

Never can I leave the smile,

That I love so dear;

When I love you,

Are the words that I long to hear.

Blue as the ocean,

I stare into those big, glassy eyes,

And know somehow;

That someday I’ll know all the mysteries about you,

That I wish I knew now,

This to myself,

Is something that I vow.
