Love Triangle

Chris, his heart he did entangle,
Trapped in the depths of a love triangle,
Two other loves, so sweet and kind,
He couldn't decide which of them he would find.

He wished for a way out, from his torturous plight
But he had to make a choice, despite the emotions that blighted,
Should he take the chance with the exotic Julie,
Or give his heart to the more familiar Carly.

It was a difficult choice to make,
His heart he wanted so to take,
But going for Julie would bring surprise,
Despite everything, he couldn't help their eyes.

In the end he chose Julie over Carly,
Bestowed to her his finest lute,
A decision of emotion he made,
Though his heart had became overdue to payed.

But Carly understood his choice,
And with a broken heart found her own voice
With an understanding she wandered on
And in love she became neither gone nor withdrawn.

Chris, his heart he did untangle,
Out of the depths of his love triangle,
He found something beautiful in the end,
