Love Stinks Sometimes
It’s a game of snakes and ladders Sometimes

Love Stinks Sometimes
You give your all — still, it’s not enough,
Hold tight, yet they loosen the cuff.
You stay, steady through the storm’s embrace,
They vanish when the winds misplace.
A bitter bloom, a silent ache,
A heart that bends but dares not break.
Love, a promise wrapped in rust,
A dream that crumbles into dust.
It’s words unspoken, lips gone cold,
A story halved, a hand untold.
A quiet war, a losing fight,
A flame that dies without a light.
So love stinks — raw, unkind, unfair,
A hollow touch, an empty stare.
And still, we chase its cruel design,
Hoping hurt might turn to shine.
