My Lucky Horse Shoe
My Mam Gave it me and it’s still over my door inside

My Lucky Horse Shoe
A lucky horseshoe, old and worn,
Hung by a nail, weathered and torn.
Rusty edges, a silent charm,
A quiet guard from fear or harm.
It watched the sunrise, soft and gold,
Heard every story, young and old.
A crooked smile, a secret kept,
Wishes dance and dreams come true .
Some say its luck will never fade,
A magic spell, a promise made.
So there it stays, both night and day,
Keeping misfortune far away.

Some say its luck will never fade,
This is a fun poem to me for I have been receiving a lot of good luck lately. Good job. I hope I just didn't jinx myself with this comment.
