"I love you, and it's killing me,"

Whispers echo in the silent plea.

A heart torn between joy and pain,

Caught in the tumultuous refrain.

With every beat, it aches and yearns,

For love's embrace, for passion's burns.

But tangled in the web of fate,

It finds itself in a conflicted state.

For love, though sweet, can also sting,

A bittersweet melody it brings.

With every touch, with every kiss,

It leaves a mark, an indelible bliss.

Yet in its depths lies a bitter truth,

A love that's fierce, yet also uncouth.

For though it fills the soul with glee,

It also brings an agony.

"I love you, and it's killing me,"

Whispers linger in the silent plea.

A heart torn between ecstasy and woe,

In love's embrace, it finds its throe.

But in the end, it's worth the fight,

To love with all one's strength and might.

For though it may bring pain and strife,

Love is the essence of this life.
