Love's aroma

dance

By Nancy SantosPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

In my thoughts

I can see

a candlelit room,

the fragrance is that

of vanilla scent.

The sweet smell of it

arouses the spirit,

just to enhance

what is to take place.

There is soft music

playing in the distance,

as it flows through the air

positioning our movements.

There is a bit of shyness

as we look

into each other's eyes,

but our steps glide evenly

as we dance side by side.

I gently touch your face

removing your specs

so I can kiss

the innermost

of your eyes.

so I can kiss

the innermost

of your lips,

so I can kiss

the innermost

of your rise.

Kissing every part of you

as we gently

but, anxiously

remove each other's clothing,

leaving a trail

that fares, controlling.

Our hearts now beat

to the music that fills the room

yours, beating like a drum

and mine, singing to that tune.

The feel of your lips

on mine,

The feel of your hands

brings a chill to my spine.

I trace your body

with my touch

my fingers

now wrapped around

your dreaded locks

The music has now

become a part

of our desire

sensually adding

to the candle's fire.

We slowly dance

to ecstasy

while your sweat drips

across my face

and down my expectancy.

The lit fire from the candle

shows a silhouette

of our formed bodies,

the sweat now shines

with no regrets...

I secretly moan and moan

and moan....

my hands are reaching

for the thrush of intimacy

my legs are curled

like grapevines,

we dance this dance

infinitely...

And without warning....

our moans release

what was once

full of energy.

The candle is now

merely a lonely darkness

The music tells

a peaceful moment.

The scent has transformed itself

to that of our sexual aroma

as we lather in

our tasteful sweat.

Again, with a bit of shyness,

we look into each other's eyes

and respectfully agree

it's time for a cigarette...
