Love Riborn

Sulked Again

By layali mumtazPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

In the silence of a broken heart,

Where dreams had once entwined,

Two souls drifted far apart,

In search of peace to find.

The papers signed with tears of loss,

A bond once strong, now torn,

Yet in the shadows of what was,

A chance for love reborn.

Through paths of life, they wandered far,

Discovering who they'd be,

In nature's arms and books' embrace,

They found tranquility.

Unexpected, their paths did cross,

In a quaint café's glow,

A spark ignited in their hearts,

A warmth they used to know.

Conversations filled with grace,

Laughter shared anew,

Patience, love, and open space,

Their bond began to brew.

On a hill with sunset hues,

They faced the truth once more,

With open hearts and hopeful views,

Their spirits dared to soar.

"Let's start afresh," he softly said,

"From where we are today."

With tears of hope, she gently led,

Their fears began to sway.

Hand in hand, they forged ahead,

Through challenges and strife,

A love reborn, a path well tread,

Together in this life.

For sometimes love must break to mend,

To find its truest form,

In growth and change, their hearts defend,

A love that keeps them warm.
