Six o' clock, he'll be home soon
Freshen up, play a soft tune
Jasmine oud candle I light
Counter aroma of grilled steak
I take his coat, moving his shoes
While giving him space, to hang loose
When he's ready, I'll just know
Then take it easy, nice and slow

Then take it easy- nice and slow. Nicely Done!!!

This feels so warm and cozy—like a little snapshot of a thoughtful, loving moment.
Great poem! I’ll give this poem the world! Fantastic work!
