đž Love in the Key of Offbeat đ¶
When Every Note is Wrong, But Feels So Right

Our loveâs like a guitar thatâs way out of tune,
Strumming disaster from midnight to noon.
The chords are all twisted, the frets out of place,
Yet somehow, we play with impeccable grace.
_ _ _
Your laughterâs a high note that squeaks when it sings,
My jokes are like broken, uncooperative strings.
We fumble, we bumble, we crash and we burn,
Yet still, we keep playingâno lessons to learn.
_ _ _
You hum like a kettle thatâs ready to burst,
I try to harmonizeâsomehow, it gets worse.
We dance out of rhythm, we miss every cue,
But loveâs not perfectionâitâs making it through.
_ _ _
A symphony? Hardly! More clanking and clatter,
But musicâs not perfectâitâs heart that should matter!
So letâs keep on strumming, off-key but together,
Our loveâs greatest hitâimperfect forever. đ¶đ

Oh so romantic! I love your poem especially this line: "But loveâs not perfectionâitâs making it through." The reality is there's no perfect love, it's making it perfect for the couple. thanks for sharing~
