Lost and Found, No Longer Mine

I see the love you share, with your spouse and little ones, and though it breaks my heart, I'm happy for what's become.

As I sit and ponder,

Memories flood my mind,

Of a love that once was,

But now is left behind.

I remember the days,

Of laughter and of bliss,

When I held you close,

And we shared a tender kiss.

But now you're back again,

After all these years,

Married with children,

Bringing joy and tears.

I see the love you share,

With your spouse and little ones,

And though it breaks my heart,

I'm happy for what's become.

For I'll always love you,

In a way that's true and pure,

But now it's time to let you go,

And find a love that's sure.

So I'll cherish the memories,

Of our time together,

And hold them close to me,

Forever and forever.
