Living in Harmony with Critters
Committed to this life philosophy

Destiny has brought me here
I am an immigrant,
in the Southwest,
near the Ocean, and desert
amidst the chaparral biome.
But I am glad—
not just me,
but many other critters
call this region home
or visit here
to spend phases of life.
The snakes, and lizards
the mourning doves, quails,
the hummingbirds, and roadrunners,
ground squirrels, and cottontail rabbits,
the mule deer, coyotes
spend their entire lives
The painted lady butterflies,
the cliff swallows
visit here as migrants.

I am committed
to living in harmony,
with you all.
We are all mortals.
And it is the absolute right
of all of us
to experience this world
before turning into stories.

From one nature person to another good job. We do all have to learn to live together if this makes sense.
Seeking harmony with nature is a lofty goal- made even harder by many human actions. I too respect the need to do our best.
