Little Deed I did
...we'll never apart
A kindly little deed I did,
A favor given with no need
For praise or recognition bid,
Yet still I felt a sense of creed.
And as I went about my day,
I called out to the world aloud,
To stop and take a moment's stay,
To witness kindness that's endowed.
For every little act we do,
Can spread its wings and take to flight,
And touch the hearts of not just few,
But bring a change that's ever-bright.
So let us all with open heart,
Do kindly deeds both big and small,
And from this world, we'll never part,
Leaving love and kindness to enthrall.
