They talk to each other through the screen
They condemn each other
In their camps, warmly wrapped up
For riches (of the heart) they will never have.
A message on a network
To condemn this atrocity
But in the shadows we sell them bombs
To enrich themselves, let's remain discreet.
Sarah and Fatima were eight years old
They dreamt in music
They were in harmony
Their lives were a symphony.
The Almighty has decided
His will be done
Is it he who gives power to men?
Or is it the other way round?
Sarah and Fatima, like so many others,
It will never be their fault
They didn't have the choice,
They didn't have the time
To play every day, like children.
