🏋️‍♀️ "Lighter, Stronger, Me"

weight loss tips

By Hashan chamaraPublished 6 months ago • 1 min read

Not chasing perfect, not chasing thin,

But strength in my body and fire within.

Each step I take, each breath I own,

It is proof that I’ve outgrown my comfort zone.

No magic pill, no overnight game,

Just sweat, small wins, and showing up again.

Salads and sunlight, sneakers and sleep,

Trading the quick fix for habits I’ll keep.

I count reps, not guilt—I rise when I fall,

It’s not about shrinking; it’s about standing tall.

The mirror no longer decides what I’m worth,

Because change is deeper than pounds on this Earth.

So here's to the journey—raw, real, and slow,

To becoming someone I’m proud to know.

Lighter in weight, but heavier in grace,

I’m not losing me—I’m finding my place.
