A poem of imagery

Peeking through the window

It strikes upon the wall

With a pull of a string

It can capture it all

It’s found on a candle

That smells like summer fun

It’s found everywhere

You just can’t ignore the sun

Flick it goes

It’s dark again

It’s like a cycle that never ends

Look deep inside and there you’ll see

The light burning inside of me

It’s dim at times but yet it shines

The brighter the light depends on the time
