Life Without You

I’m stuck in the hospital

With an abscess

Life makes no sense

Because without you everything feels little

You made this world feel big

You made me feel big in this world

The way you made me feel gave me a jig

You I will forever want to hold

I miss our lunch

I miss your touch

My heart will always be calling out for you

Without you I don’t know what I’ll do

Life without you I want to cry

But I stay up late

Writing about your leave date

Till my tears dry

I’m waiting for the time

When you can read this rhyme

I know you won’t leave

Because in us I believe

I wish you I could see

I want you to be with me

With you I feel free

It’s you I need

I miss your presence

Your love is in me like an essence

Your love spreads through me like a pestilence

Life without you there is a absence
