Life Is Here In The Present Moment
Not yesterday, not tomorrow
I’ve always been a firm believer
That we choose all our lessons,
Before we even arrive in this world
We’re living our soul’s impressions.

Our soul is immortal, of that I’m sure
And we are here today on this plane,
Until we learn everything we desired
Important answers to be ascertained.

So therefore it’s no longer a surprise
Once you understand it’s not to be,
If it was not meant for you in this life
Is the real reason it is trying to flee.
***
In the meantime if it is meant to be
It is already near, heading your way,
Time to wait patiently, so you will see
Everything will always end up okay.
***
There are times when you wonder
If life is nothing more than confusion,
Just take a break, breathe in deeply
It’ll all end up a forgone conclusion.
***
Live in the now, this very moment
As that is where life is best lived,
No more yesterday, nor tomorrow
Today is the focus you want to give.
***
No more “I’ll be happy when ..……”
You’ll only wake one day with regret,
The time to be happy is right now
As mindfulness is your best asset.
