Letters to the Stars I Never Sent

Unspoken words written in stardust, where the heart hides what the lips never dared to share.

I wrote you letters in the sky,

In whispers only stars pass by

Each line a truth I couldn't say,

Each word a piece I gave away

The ink was made of midnight blue,

And soaked in thoughts I hid from you

The constellations held them tight,

Those unsent words I feared to write

I told the stars of every ache,

Of broken dawns and hearts that break

Of dreams I buried in my chest,

And love that never came to rest

I asked the moon if she still sees,

The versions of me lost in breeze

I wept to Mars, I laughed with rain,

But never dared to speak your name

So if you ever feel the air,

And wonder if I still care

Look at the stars, they know it all

They’ve read the letters I let fall

And though you'll never see them sent

They hold the love I never meant

To say out loud, to let you know

So I wrote it where stars softly glow

They say that stories are written in the sky for us we just have to learn how to read them to make fit for us.
