Hurry hurry let’s make a curry

Let’s Make a Vindaloo

Let’s make a vindaloo, my friend,

A dish so hot, it might offend.

Grab some chilies, red and bright,

This meal’s a challenge, not a bite.

Onions sizzle, garlic pops,

Tomatoes join with spicy drops.

Turmeric, cumin, a fiery blend,

Your taste buds may not make amends.

Stir it, boil it, let it stew,

Sweat is forming—uh oh, you!

One small bite, your eyes go wide,

Regret and fire deep inside.

Milk won’t help, nor bread, nor rice,

You’ve made a meal, pure capsaicin spice!

But still, next week, let’s try anew…

Who’s up for round two of vindaloo?

vindaloo Sounds good but I’m vegetarian. Can it be a veggie vindaloo? Great poem.
