Be still right now and know

Your heart was not meant to control

So, when you make plans for it to feel what it will

Know then is the time to let go

Let go, old heart, and know

The new has forgiven the old

Letting go is far more bold

It means honesty, not tears on hold

It will seem darkness remains

As you hold on to its broken chains

But light has shone and sung its refrain:

Be still. This new heart lets go.
